Leigh Munro

I am an artist living in the beautiful Far North of New Zealand. After a long career as an art, photography and design teacher, I am now a full-time artist. I work across several disciplines; painting, semi-abstract works in acrylic and oils, small pen and ink surreal works, steel sculpture and digital works combining photography, Photoshop and Midjourney.

My work inhabits contradiction - organic and digital, beauty and disruption, past and present, sometimes referencing Maori and Norse traditions.
